The building was entirely renovated and carefully decorated, mixing contemporary with authenticity, with for example waxed concrete and exposed beams of the time. You'll be welcomed in guest rooms, suites or apartments but you'll also have the possibility to participate in gastronomy trainings, receptions, seminars or weddings...

In collaboration with the Riviera Gastronomy Institute, you have the possibility to participate in culinary events and trainings for professionals and individuals (workshops for adults or introduction to French pastry for children). Training is according to your taste!
